1. Determine what needs to be done and how much time you need 

Understanding the relationship between the tasks you need to do in a day and the amount of time you have to do them is going to be very important . Take some time to clarify what needs to be done and the deadline this will help you to better calculate how much time needs to be allotted to a set block.

2. Follow the Scheduling

This is the #1 tip to successfully time-blocking your schedule! Once you have laid out your plan, STICK to it!

3. Keep it Attainable

It’s tempting to want to do #allthethings. This is big mistake and the quickest way to burn out. Schedule a couple of attainable items within a block to achieve so you can guarantee your success.
