Refunds and Returns Policy

Overview

Unauthorized distribution or reselling of Digital Products and Files sold by Nicolya Williams is prohibited and will be met with legal action.

Payments accepted include: Paypal, Visa and/or Mastercard

Refunds on Physical Products

Refunds, returns, and exchanges for physical products will be administered within 14 days of purchase

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund or exchange request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your return or exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 2-3 days of your approval email.

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days based on your bank. If you requested a refund of equal value, it will be shipped out to you between 5-7 days after processing. If your exchange is less than the original purchase, you will receive a credit of what’s left.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at nicolya@nicolyawilliams.com. In the subject of the email, please use your last name and order ID number and then state refund status. For example “ Williams, ID34455, Refund Status”. We will reach back out to you within 48 hours of receiving your email.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at nicolya@nicolyawilliams.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refunds on Digital Products

Digital Courses have a 24 hour refund period.

If for any reason you’re unhappy with a digital course, you can email our team at nicolya@nicolyawilliams.com to request a refund within 24 hours of purchasing.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase of the Course.

Please note if you have a payment plan you are expected to complete the entirety of the payment plan unless you’re requesting a refund within the allotted time.

All other digital product sales that are not courses are final. Due to the nature of these digital products, exchanges and refunds are not provided. These digital products include the rest of our store’s catalog that are not courses which include: all digital templates, digital worksheets, digital guides, digital books, digital planners, digital trackers and digital journals

When do I receive Digital Downloads?

All digital product downloads are available immediately after purchasing. You will see a download button to click or the download will happen immediately. A receipt will also be sent to the customer’s email address with the download as well. Click on the file to download your digital product and save it to your computer.

Shipping Times for Physical Products (Domestic and International)

Physical product purchases are processed within 2-3 days of the purchase date (excluding weekends and holidays). Physical products shipping domestically will be shipped out within 5-7 days after being processed. Products being shipped internationally will be shipped 5-7 days after processing. More on international shipping below.

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your Spam folder. If you still do not see your email receipt within 24 hours, please email contact us at nicolya@nicolyawilliams.com for purchase confirmation. We cannot make changes to your order after it has been shipped. If you have a question about a product, please contact us before your purchase.

We do ship internationally!

International Shipping time depends on your location. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nicolya Williams LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. International shipping prices vary by territory. See shipping choices by carrier in Checkout.

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. For international shipping, you can choose regular mail or priority. We do not offer tracking information on international orders

Our Mail carrier is USPS. We do not provide tracking information on orders. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Customers have the option to choose priority mail or regular mail.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
