Understanding Human Design
Human design is a scientific approach to better understanding your unique genetic design, with detailed information on both the conscious and unconscious aspects of yourself. Human design helps to provide an extremely accurate picture of how your energy works and how you view and respond to life. Becoming familiar with your Human Design will help you to get rid of self-defeating patterns and move through life easier, quicker and with more of the right energy. It will help to shed light on and help you to get in touch with what is inherently you and your strengths versus what you have been told or conditioned to be.When you learn to stop forcing something you’re not, you can be who you really are.When I started studying human design my life finally began to make sense. It made sense why I never felt satisfied and that my desires always seemed so far out of reach. I was doing what everyone suggested, but this was not what worked for me or my type.In turn I was miserable and unsuccessful....one of the worst combinations.Human design gave me the breakthrough I needed to get to where I am today.The biggest eye opener for me was that I had been running from who I truly was to be boxed in with who I thought I should be. I now know that it is the worst way to go through life and the best thing is to understand your unique type which is the first step to creating the life that I wanted for myself.
Understanding your human design helps you to better understand your energy levels (what feeds you and what drains you), your learning style, your digestion style, your manifestation style, your decision making strategy, how to go after your goals, how to best relate to others, and how to understand your special gifts in order to maximize them.
Simply put it is a users manual for how you should live life with ease, flow and enjoyment. More importantly it is a blueprint for how you can learn to embrace every part of who you really are.
If you're new to human design I will briefly review the 5 different types:
GENERATORS: 31% OF THE POPULATION
Generators: Are the pure force in motion. Generators are the people who provide continual power and life-force energy to the world. These are the builders and workers for most major projects. Generators are individuals that take activity. They are also known as the doers and shakers aka hustlers of society.
MANIFESTORS: ~ 9% OF POPULATION
Manifestors often feel different from other people and often wonder why. They get the most intuitive downloads and ideas because they have a hotline to the divine. They have access to incredible power which can be turned on suddenly and without warning. These are the people who are trail blazers who are here to create amazing movements. A big part of living correctly as a Manifestor is cherishing and honoring those impulses, because they’re rare and special.
MANIFESTING GENERATORS: 37% OF THE POPULATION
They are a mix between Generator and Manifestor, but still their own unique personality. Some research tries to lump manifesting generators into the category of generators, but there are some differences. The difference between Generators and Manifesting generators is that ManifestingGenerators are designed to initiate very quickly after responding. I joke and say they can do more in 2 hours than someone will do in 2 days. When they’re living correctly they’re like super humans! The cool blend is that they not only initiate, like the Manifestor, they can also make it happen like the Generator.
PROJECTORS: 22% OF THE POPULATION
Projectors have the ability to see things in unique ways that others can’t. They often like to teach people how to devise systems, design new ways of doing things. They have unique insights into the way life works and they are able to recognize the natural gifts and capabilities of others. Projectors have a lot to offer, they can become powerful guides for the world, but have to be careful not to give unsolicited advice. This advice could be rejected which can be hard for them some times.The key for a Projector to find success in life is to have a mastery of a system and to be honored and thanked for it.
REFLECTORS: 1% OF POPULATION
Reflectors are super rare energy types. A Reflector’s presence is a mirror of others. The neat thing is that Reflectors have the greatest potential for wisdom out of all the types.
Can you narrow down where you fit? Knowing this will be a catalyst fora transformation like you have never experienced before.
Literally the more you know the more life begins to make sense! This is a brief overview as there are many aspects to your human design type and how to best apply each aspect (your authority, your theme, channels, gates etc.). It is imperative to learn and know your human design type if you want to master life.
