Confront Delete and Change To Master Your Thoughts

Our mind is much more powerful than we like to give credit to. The problem is most of don’t realize it there for our life is a reflection of our worst thoughts.What if I told you that you could shift those negative beliefs and in turn shift your life ? One strategy I use to really regain control of my thinking and ultimately my life is what I can confront, delete and change. I talk about it in my latest video here!Basically to sum this up when you have a negative thought you follow those three words to address and redirected. When a negative thought comes up first I can front it. This is what most people miss. Because our negative thoughts hurt or negative thoughts are embarrassing or negative thoughts cause anxiety depression or overwhelm so a lot of times when we have negative thoughts we except it like that’s the only option or a run and avoid it instead of trying to learn from it.I’m a firm believer that each of our negative beliefs and thoughts or something that we can ultimately learn from. After I confront the thought I move in to delete it. When I recognize that I have a negative thought and I recognize that it doesn’t serve me I also choose to be intentional about removing it. There is no room in my mind for negative thoughts that would keep me from reaching my greatest potential.We have to be willing to step into our power and acknowledge that ultimately we have the control to get rid of those negative thoughts instead of letting them control us. After I delete it in order to make sure that that space is filled with something positive I replace it with a new healthy thought that I have created. This final step has served me very well. There’s no need to have a bunch of negative thoughts when intern we can have really positive ones.Instead of believing that I can’t write a book I allowed myself to step in to my power and acknowledged that I was capable of it. Instead of feeling like I was never good enough I allowed myself to step into my power and acknowledge that I could not only change my life but change other peoples lives as well. Instead of dealing with depression and anxiety I stepped into my power knowing I can always choose peace.Choosing to replace my thoughts allowed me the opportunity to ultimately change my life.
