Do you begin your days with gratitude?

Gratitude is a term used to describe the quality of being thankful. 

The truth is there are a lot of things and buying for our time and our attention. 

The things that are looking for the attention and the time from us are the very things that can distract us from focusing on the things that matter most. 

This is why gratitude is important. In this video, I share my personal gratitude practice and why it’s important. Ultimately, gratitude allows us to hone in on and focus on the things that truly matter.

It changes our perspective, allows us to be more optimistic and in turn we become happier individuals. How can you practice focusing on gratitude each day moving forward?
