That was me just a few short years ago and today I stand in front of you GRATEFUL I took a leap of faith and believed wholeheartedly in my dream.
Hey! I'm Dr. Nicolya
I lived the "American Dream"- 2 kids, marriage, white picket fence and doctoral degree. But if I can be totally honest I was MISERABLE. I kept trying to force my satisfaction with this, but the more I tried the more I realized I was attempting to put a square peg into a round hole.
I knew deep down I was supposed to be doing something different but I kept trying to talk myself out of it and quiet that still small voice in my head - truthfully because it made no sense.
But the more I tried the louder the voice got
That's when I decided to leap. I decided to give my vision a chance because I knew the cost of living with regret was worse than allowing my life to be led by fear.
I took my leap, at what most people would consider not an ideal time- as a newly divorced woman, single mother of 2, and debt out of this world
and you know what I learned most during this time...fear will fail you every time courage will not!
Was it easy?
NOPE
Was it seamless?
Ha...no
Was it risk-free?
Not at all
But what I can say is that it was totally worth it.
Since becoming a coach I have written 10 books, had consistent 4 figure months doing what I love, and impacted women all over the world <---- which has been the biggest blessing

Clinical Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy, also referred to as guided hypnosis, is a form of psychotherapy that uses relaxation, extreme concentration, and intense attention to achieve a heightened state of consciousness or mindfulness. with the purpose of utilizing one’s mind to help reduce or alleviate a variety of issues, such as psychological distress, phobias, and unhealthy, destructive, or dangerous habits
